Early Bird Fee: $150.00 (until March 27th 2016)

Register @ GPSA Office - March 8th - March 10th 2016 and March 22nd - March 24th 2016 (11:00am-8:00pm)
Volunteer Bond: A $50.00 volunteer bond is NOT included in the registration costs. The bond is paid to the station volunteer at picture day. Cheque's must be dated for July 1st 2016. Only one bond is required per family, please give to your youngest child's team.
Jersey Deposit: A second $50.00 postdated cheque is required for the Jersey at picture day. Once the jersey has been returned at the end of the season, you will receive the cheque back.

Season End Tournament: June 17th - 19th 2016

Birth Certificate or Alberta Health Care card is required at the time of registration.
Parents must stay on site with all children U4-U10.

Shin guards are mandatory. Black soccer socks, shorts, soccer shoes or running shoes. Shirts will be provided and assigned by your coach at pitcure day.
A volunteer will contact you with your photo time. Picture Days are mid April (Dates TBD).
If you have not heard from a volunteer by April 15th, 2016 please contact the GPSA office between 8:30am-4:30pm @ 780-513-9525
Individual and team pictures will be taken. Please remember you will have the opportunity to purchase your child's pictures on photo day, as they are not included in your registration fee. Ensure your child attends photo day as the team picture is used to thank our sponsors, and your child will receive his/her jersey and season schedule on photo day.
Siblings in the same age group can be put on the same team for no charge.
For all other special requests, there will be a non-refundable $15 administration fee.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your special request, but we will do our utmost to fill the needs of participants.
GPMSA Refund Policy
A full refund will be given only if the league is cancelled due to insufficient registration. Refund requests other than insufficient registration numbers must be made in writing prior to the 1st day of your program and on the proper form. All requests will be reviewed and refunded by the Grande Prairie Minor Soccer Association. Refunds will only be given out for medical after the beginning of the 1st day of the program. A refund for medical reasons will only be issued if the player is unable to play due to a medical condition and such condition is supported by evidence deemed satisfactory.
Eligibility: A parent/guardian may receive a refund, less the processing fee. Medical refunds will be prorated based on the number of games remaining in the season at the time the request for refund was received.
Processing fee: A 30% processing fee will be deducted prior to the payment of any refund.
