U16/U18 Girls

COST:$200.00
Volunteer Bond:  A $50 volunteer bond is NOT included in the registration costs. The bond is paid by cheque ON PICTURE NIGHT. Only one is required per family
Season start date: Monday October 4th
Schedule: Mondays

**Division could be co-ed depending on numbers**
***Birth Certificate or Alberta Health Care card is required at the time of registration***

Required Equipment
Soccer shin pads are mandatory. Black socks, shorts and indoor soccer shoes or running shoes.

A $50 jersey deposit, made payable to GPMSA postdated for February 28th 2011 is required on photo day.

Jerseys will be provided or assigned on photo day. Please note: you will not get your jersey without a deposit.


Photographs
Please take note that photo days will take place September 27th and 28th, 2010 


Individual and team pictures will be taken. Please remember you will have the opportunity to purchase your child’s pictures on photo day, as they are not included in your registration fee. Ensure your child attends photo day as the team picture is used to thank our sponsors, and your child will receive his/her jersey and season schedule on photo day.

 

Your coach will contact you with your photo time. If you have not heard from you coach by Sept. 23rd, 2010 please contact the soccer office


Special Requests
No special requests will be accepted for the U10 and older age divisions.


GPSA Refund Policy

A full refund will be given only if the league is cancelled due to insufficient registration. Refund requests other than insufficient registration numbers must be made in writing prior to the 1st day of your program and on the proper form. All requests will be reviewed and refunded by the Grande Prairie Minor Soccer Association.

 

Refunds will only be given out for medical reasons after the beginning of the 1st day of the program. A refund for medical reasons will only be issued if the player is unable to play due to a medical condition and such condition is supported by evidence deemed satisfactory.

 

Eligibility: A parent/guardian may receive a refund, less the processing fee. Medical refunds will be prorated based on the number of games remaining in the season at the time the request for refund was received.

 

Processing fee: A 30% processing fee will be deducted prior to the payment of any refund.
