Early Bird Fee: $170.00 on Mondays and Wednesdays

Volunteer Bond: A $50 volunteer bond and a $50.00 jersey deposit is NOT included in the registration costs. The bonds are paid to your child's coach at picture day when you get your jersey. Cheques must be dated for July 1st, 2015. Only one volunteer bond is required per family and a jersey deposit is required for each jersey. Please give the volunteer bond to your youngest child's coach.

Please note: Times may be subject to change before the start of the season
Birth Certificate or Alberta Health Care card is required at the time of registration.
Parents must stay on site with all children U4-U10.

Shin guards are mandatory. Black soccer socks, shorts, soccer shoes or running shoes. Jerseys will be provided by your coach at picture day, you will need a $50 cheque/cash (cheque preferred) deposit for for jersey. Dated cheques for July 1st, 2015.
Your coach will contact you with your photo time. Picture Days April 21st - 22nd, 2015

Individual and team pictures will be taken. Please remember you will have the opportunity to purchase your child's pictures on photo day, as they are not included in your registration fee. Ensure your child attends photo day as the team picture is used to thank our sponsors, and your child will receive his/her jersey and season schedule on photo day.
Siblings in the same age group can be put on the same team for no charge.
For all other special requests, there will be a non refundable $15 administration fee. Special Requests will not be accomodated in the competitive division.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to accomodate your special request, but we will do our utmost to fill the needs of participants.
GPMSA Refund Policy
A full refund will be given only if the league is cancelled due to insufficient registration. Refund requests other than insufficient registration numbers must be made in writing prior to the 1st day of your program and on the proper form. All requests will be reviewed and refunded by the Grande Prairie Minor Soccer Association. Refunds will only be given out for medical after the beginning of the 1st day of the program. A refund for medical reasons will only be issued if the player is unable to play due to a medical condition and such condition is supported by evidence deemed satisfactory.
Eligibility: A parent/guardian may receive a refund, less the processing fee. Medical refunds will be prorated based on the number of games remaining in the season at the time the request for refund was received.
Processing fee: A 30% processing fee will be deducted prior to the payment of any refund.
