Elite Soccer Camp ($175) This camp is designed for those soccer players looking to play at an elite level, focusing on technical development of skills and tactics. U8/U10 9:30am-12:00pm/ 1:00pm -3:30pm Session #1: July 5th- July 9th Session #2: August 9th- August 13th U12/14 9:30am-12:00pm/ 1:00pm -3:30pm Session #1: July 12th- July 16th Session #2: August 16th- August 20th REGISTRATION FORM

Please fill out the registration form and return it with your payment to GPSA. Registration is on a first come first served basis and there is a limit to the number of people we will take in the programs. Registration fills up fast- dont miss your chance! REFUND and PAYMENT POLICY: Payments must be made in full before your registration can be confirmed in the camp. Post dated cheques will not be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Cancellations received seven or more working days prior to the start of the camp will receive 75% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received less that seven business days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations due to injury or illness will receive 100% refund of the registration fee. Notification from a medical doctor must be included with your letter of cancellation.
